Grianamul and Sandray are set in a quiet location in Castlebay. We are only a ten minute walk from the Castlebay terminal but can collect you if required.

If arriving by car, turn left off the ferry road and drive 600 yards. Our house is on the right, immediately before the Heritage Centre and the School.

We are approximately ten miles from Barra Airport and the Sound of Barra ferry which connects Barra to Eriskay.

There are many facilities/attractions within walking distance, including Kisimul Castle, Tourist Information Centre, hotels, shops and the public swimming pool.

Visits to Mingulay and other uninhabited islands, angling trips and wildlife excursions are available from local boatmen. If requested, we would be happy to book these for you.
